What is it?

Gelissen and Co (G&CO), distributor of the Fred Kross and Ana Myria brands as well as owner of the My Elite Place marketplace, pays particular attention to the protection of personal data and undertakes to take reasonable precautions to protect the personal data it processes.

 

Policy on the management of personal data processed by G&CO

The purpose of this Personal Data Management Policy is to inform you about how G&CO collects and processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/GDPR (EU) 2016/679) of the European Parliament on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data.

The personal data processed by G&CO are as follows.

  • Professional identification data such as surname, first name, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, job titles, etc.
  • Aesthetic and artistic preferences. All the information you need to create a unique and tailor-made product.
  • Application data: personal identification data, data on educational and professional background, list of previous employers, hobbies and interests.

If G&CO needs to process other types of personal data for specific activities, complete information will be provided prior to any data processing and consent may be obtained at the time of collection of personal data.
