Experienced nose and Director of Creation at PCW, it is with the greatest passion that Maud Chabanis evolves in her job that drives and accompanies her daily.

Coming from the south of France, and more precisely from the Camargue, the world of smells has played an important role in her life and especially the smell of Southern France flowers, spices in the kitchen, Provençal aromatic plants, perfumes from her beloved ones and many more… Maud knew very early that the profession of nose would be the one she would choose with passion, obviousness and vocation.

Hélène Prévot

Passionate Creative Perfumer

With over 25 years of experience, Hélène Prévot is a perfumer, also known as a “Nose.” She graduated from the Didier Rocher class at ISIPCA in Versailles and creates perfumes for many brands in France and abroad.

“Being able to express myself through scent is a sensory journey that reinvents itself every time.”

After working as a perfumer for 15 years in many companies, she decided to establish her own business in 2014. This decision allows her to be closer to her clients and fully embrace her creativity and aspirations.

Xavier Blaizot

CEO and nose at PCW

Xavier first held positions within Robertet as a perfumer in Europe, the United States and Mexico before joining PCW. Since 2021, he has worked as a perfumer while also managing business development at PCW.

A key driver and passion for Xavier is to bring natural ingredients to the forefront, as it is his belief that this is fully in line with his conception of modern perfumery.

“For me, being a perfumer is much more than a day-to-day job. It means opening to a whole new world by paying attention to every scent and looking for olfactive beauty in common or basic things. This passion has forged my personality and my sensitivity.”

Cristallerie Lehrer

The Art of Crystal and the Magic of Blown Glass

Anchored in the heart of the village of Garrebourg since 2010, the Cristallerie Lehrer is above all the expression of a living artisanal passion, shaped as a family. Under the impetus of Bruno and Liliane, the workshop has flourished year after year: first a master of the demanding art of crystal cutting, the maison naturally extended its creative gesture to working molten matter and to the magic of art glass.

The arrival of Arnaud in 2016 — the founders' son and now co-manager — brought fresh artistic momentum to the family adventure. To place creation at the centre of the experience, the family imagined a bespoke extension: a demonstration amphitheatre designed to welcome around sixty visitors. This showcase stages the incandescent work of the glass artisans, offering a captivating spectacle where fire, precise gestures and breath transform the liquid matter before the audience's eyes.
